CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled 24 hours after the order was completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be cancelled. Once an order is placed, we submit the order directly to the manufacturer. This typically occurs within a 24-hour period after an order is placed. At the time an order is placed an email confirmation via email with your order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the information in the email receipt is correct. Failure to notify us of any changes within the 24-hour we will proceed with processing the order.

  • Cancellation requests will be sent to the manufacturer directly to confirm the order can be cancelled and has not been prepared for shipment.
  • Any cancellation received after the order has been prepared for shipment will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% - 20%, if charged by the manufacturer.
  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy. A refusal of the item(s) at deliver will be considered a "Return" and credit will be issued in the original payment method minus any restocking fees and round-trip shipping charges.
  • You will receive an email confirming the approval or denial of your cancellation request. If approved, a cancellation number will be provided for your records. If any discrepancy with your cancellation request occurs, please provide this number to our representative. If denied, you will receive an email notification explaining that it was too late to cancel. If this should occur and you do not wish to keep the product, you may return it under our Standard Return Policy.  

RETURN POLICY

Mod-Envy makes every effort to ensure our customers are thrilled with their purchases so we can avoid returns altogether. Each product page includes Return Information specifically for that particular manufacturer / brand. A few of our manufacturers are excluded from our Return Policy and do not accept returns except those with damage or quality problems. Those manufacturers / brands that accept returns may elect to charge a restocking fee between 15% - 20%. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. 

  • Returns require prior authorization in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Customers may request an RMA by emailing RMA@Mod-Envy.com or through the Contact Us form.
  • A RMA number will be provided by the manufacturer with instructions detailing the necessary steps to complete the return. This process usually takes 5 - 7 business days. Returned items without an RMA will generally result in a refusal by the manufacturer and the credit will not be processed.
  • All items must be unused, disassembled and non-modified, in its original packaging. If items do not meet this criteria they are deemed non-returnable and will not be accepted.
  • A restocking fee may be applicable to the returned item(s) which varies with individual manufacturers / brands.
  • Please be sure to insure the freight with the carrier selected to return the shipment in case it is lost or damaged during transit.
  • Returned items must be received within 10 calendar days from the date RMA was issued.
  • All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping" we will deduct our actual outbound shipping charges from the refund amount.

Please provide us with the return tracking number so we are able to track your return and confirm its arrival back to the manufacturer. It is important that you save the tracking number in the event there are any issues in transit. A refund will be credited once the manufacturer has received, inspected and confirmed products are undamaged.

 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom modifications or Special Order items (products that are outside the manufacturer's stock colors, finishes, fabrics or configurations. These products specify CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDER on each product page.
  • Assembled and / or modified items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Returns initiated after 14 days from the delivery date.
