SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Mod-Envy offers free delivery on most items delivered within the contiguous 48 states unless you require additional services. If delivery is outside contiguous 48 states or Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote and we will obtain the best possible rate for delivery to your location. Depending upon the size of your items we will ship you order via FedEx / UPS Small Parcel or via freight carrier. Additional shipment service levels are available or customers who require upgraded Inside Delivery or White Glove + Installation. When selecting upgraded services you will receive an email questionnaire requesting details about the delivery location. Please provide as much detail as possible as these responses assist us with selecting the best equipped delivery team for your residential / commercial location. DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prior to receiving your shipment please ensure there is adequate access to delivery / installation location through doorways, stairways, into elevators, etc. If it is not possible to deliver the products into the premises, the products will be returned to the terminal and you will be responsible and invoiced for redelivery or return shipping costs. In some instances, restocking fees may be charged by the manufacturer.
  • The delivery service will require the customer, or a designated authority of at least 18 years of age, to sign a physical inspection report or deliver receipt. It is critical that the customer document any damages on the deliver forms. If the boxes show signs of carrier mishandling (crushed corners, holes, dirt, etc. the customer must note the exact description on the delivery forms. If this information is not properly documented on the inspection report we may be unable to dispute these issues with the carrier or manufacturer which would prevent us from reaching a satisfactory resolution.
  • If upon further inspection the customer notices major levels of damage, they should sign the delivery inspection report "REFUSED DAMAGED", and give a detailed account of the damage to the shipment packing and / or product. If only part of the order is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages on the inspection report and contact us at (855) 313-8183 or email us at Claims@Mod-Envy.com.
  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of deliver to make us aware of the situation. In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including any shipment costs) will be refunded to the customer in the original method or a company check.

 

FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY - SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY (FEDEX / UPS) 

  • Items typically arrive between 3 - 5 business days after tracking information is sent. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • These shipments do not require a signature and may be left at your door at the carrier's discretion.
  • To require a signature, please leave us a note in the comment field in your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

 

FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY - LTL CARRIER DELIVERY 

  • Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 7 - 10 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your delivery appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the delivery time zone.
  • Items are shipped via a delivery truck (palletized or crated for protection during transit) with a contracted carrier. If your shipment arrives without being palletized, please note this on the inspection report.
  • Free Curbside Delivery requires the customer move the shipment into the residence / business, unpack the item(s) and complete any necessary assembly and debris removal.
  • Hydraulic assistance (known as liftgate) is provided to lower items to ground level.

 

 UPGRADED - INSIDE DELIVERY - LTL CARRIER DELIVERY 

  • Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 7 - 14 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your deliver appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the deliver time zone.
  • This service does not include unpacking, assembly or debris removal.
  • The shipment will be delivered to the Room of Choice.

 

UPGRADED - WHITE GLOVE + TIER 1-2 INSTALLATION  

  • Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 7 - 14 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your deliver appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the deliver time zone.
  • The deliver team will provide Room of Choice delivery, Set up / Assembly and debris removal.
  • After installation is completed you will have an opportunity to complete a delivery inspection prior to signing any delivery documents. If you notice any imperfections (nicks or scratches) please note this on the deliver documents.
  • Our company requests that the delivery team take images of installed products. This helps us to ensure the product(s) was not damaged during installation.
  • Tier 2 Installation is used for larger items considered oversized

 

MDD SHIPMETS - LEAD TIMES 8-10 WEEKS Unless notated as a "Quick Ship" item on the product page.. 

NEED IT FASTER? AIR-FREIGHT

MDD offers air-freight to the US. Orders require 15 - 20 days production. Normal transit to the US is between 5 - 10 days. Please request a customized quote for this service. All quotes will include custom clearance fees. If you require assembly this will extend the delivery time frame.

Please see the "SHIPPING INFORMATION" tab on each MDD product page for information regarding costs associated upgraded service requests for these products. Each page will detail the required installation tier for the particular configuration. Delivery tiers are determined by the size of the shipment as well as the difficulty of assembly. If you are ordering multiple items from MDD, please request a quote for your assembly project.

  • All products are shipped palletized and crated for added protection during transit. As a result of these added protective measures, these shipments can easily weigh 800 - 1500 lbs. Please take this into consideration when selecting this level of service for these items.
  • Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 3 - 7 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your delivery appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the delivery time zone.

DELAYS - SHIPPING TIMES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES.

Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the product(s) within the specified time resulting from shipment / deliver delays from our suppliers. If a delay occurs, please don't panic. We will work hard to get your new purchase to you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that we specialize in large furniture items from all over the world. Usually, delays occur during holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Please note we are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will Mod-Envy be responsible for any consequential damages resulting from shipping delays.
