FlexPlus™ coating provides you options beyond traditional upholstery. SIXINCH® starts with the highest quality of polyurethane foam produced in the United States. To this foam we apply our proprietary blend of chemicals through a three step process. Step one is a “primer like” layer which provides adhesion to the foam and second layer. Step two provides a very durable polyurethane layer designed to hold up to everyday use. Step three provides a selection of standard colors or custom colors that are endless. This three step process and proprietary blend of chemicals results in what SIXINCH brands as FlexPlus. FlexPlus is suitable for heavy use and is 100% waterproof. Let your creativity shine!

Camira fabrics are used in a vast array of commercial interiors, education, healthcare, retail, and for passenger transport on bus, motorcoach and rail. They make over 10 million yards of fabric a year, in the UK and in Lithuania, so you’re sure to have touched upon our fabrics either at work, at play or on the move.

WIRE TETHERING KIT (Optional)

Public installations might require anchoring furniture to the ground. This can be accomplished with a SIXINCH® tethering kit. One end of the strap is secured to the coated wood base while the other end can be secured to the floor of the installation site. The substrate connection will be determined by the site manager. Hardware is not included because the attachment method changes based on the type of material.

GANGING BRACKET (Optional)

When ordering SIXINCH® product for a high traffic indoor or outdoor application, decide whether to let them float free for ultimate flexibility, or join them together with our “Join Kit” so that they stay together at all times. We recommend 2 brackets for normal applications, 4 brackets if you have a creative group that rearranges frequently. This kit is field installed.

ADDITIONAL WEIGHT (Optional)

Weight can be added to FlexPlus™ coated pieces. Weight is added during the production stage and cannot be added after the piece is produced. Lead time for weighted products is our standard 8 weeks.

Founded in Belgium in 2003 by Pieter Jamart and Michel Sels, SIXINCH was born from a passion for innovative materials and progressive design. In 2013, Peter and Michel partnered with Wieland Designs, a well-respected company in the furniture industry, and expanded the footprint for one of the most talked about furniture brands in the world. The name SIXINCH comes from the space between our ears, a mere 150mm wide, or six inches. You were way off, get your head out of the gutter.

SIXINCH WARRANTY

3 Year Limited Warranty

This warranty excludes characteristics of normal wear, including the normal wear or aging of fabrics, finishes, paint, powder coating, spray coatings, foam and filler materials, issues of cleanliness, and the natural variations in grain, color, or texture of wood components. Normal wear in an outdoor setting will also be subject to temperature fluctuations outside of “livable norms”, and fading of applied materials due to exposure to daylight is to be expected.

Whenever a special material finish is requested, SIXINCH will attempt to match buyer’s special finish requests (via signed sample method) but assumes no responsibility if the approved sample does not meet the end user requirement.

Custom products (also known as Specials) convey the same warranties to craftsmanship and materials as standard products. Custom products require signed customer approval of relevant design drawings/documentation. SIXINCH does not warrant any customer approved custom product’s fit or usability or if the approved product (via signed drawings/documentation) does not meet the end user requirement.

SIXINCH conveys no warranty for any customer specified material component such as fabrics, customer directed wood components, special upholstery materials or treatments, or any other customer-specified component. SIXINCH will simply apply the special component elements as directed. They shall be free from defects in workmanship per the original warranty statement.

This warranty excludes damage or defects to any product caused by abuse, negligence, abnormal usage, freight, storage/warehousing, accidents, improper maintenance, lack of routine maintenance, alterations, tampering, and/or improper installation. Like leather, vinyl, and textiles, SIXINCH foam coated products are subject to staining from materials such as wine, coffee, etc. SIXINCH Care and Maintenance guidelines should be followed. Any product that arrives in a damaged carton must be photographed prior to unpacking and noted on the freight bill as part of the claims process. Note that certain foam coated products purposely designed without air release valves may not be transported via air or another manner where severe changes in air pressure occur. These products will be identified accordingly on product packaging.

SIXINCH products are used at the sole risk of the purchaser and any individuals using purchaser’s services or products. SIXINCH assumes no liability for injury or damages resulting from normal use or abuse of SIXINCH products.

SIXINCH assumes no liability for labor, freight, injury, consequential or incidental damages, including any lost direct or indirect income or profits incurred by the original purchaser that may result from a defective SIXINCH product.

Warranties not expressly stated herein, including without limitations any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose are excluded and disclaimed by SIXINCH.

FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY - SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY (FEDEX / UPS)

Items typically arrive between 3 - 5 business days after tracking information is sent. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
These shipments do not require a signature and may be left at your door at the carrier's discretion.
To require a signature, please leave us a note in the comment field in your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY

Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 7 - 10 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your delivery appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the delivery time zone.
Items are shipped via a delivery truck (palletized or crated for protection during transit) with a contracted carrier. If your shipment arrives without being palletized, please note this on the inspection report.
Free Curbside Delivery requires the customer move the shipment into the residence / business, unpack the item(s) and complete any necessary assembly and debris removal.
Hydraulic assistance (known as liftgate) is provided to lower items to ground level.

UPGRADED - INSIDE DELIVERY

Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 7 - 14 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your deliver appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the deliver time zone.
This service does not include unpacking, assembly or debris removal.
The shipment will be delivered to the Room of Choice.

UPGRADED - WHITE GLOVE + INSTALLATION

The deliver team will provide Room of Choice delivery, Set up / Assembly and debris removal.
After installation is completed you will have an opportunity to complete a delivery inspection prior to signing any delivery documents. If you notice any imperfections (nicks or scratches) please note this on the deliver documents.
Our company requests that the delivery team take images of installed products. This helps us to ensure the product(s) was not damaged during installation.

DELAYS - SHIPPING TIMES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES.

Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the product(s) within the specified time resulting from shipment / deliver delays from our suppliers. If a delay occurs, please don't panic. We will work hard to get your new purchase to you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that we specialize in large furntiure items from all over the world. Usually, delays occur during holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Please note we are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will Mod-Envy be responsible for any consequential damages resulting from shipping delays.

SIXINCH purchases are "CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDER" and are non-returnable. These products are customized to your specifications.
