For ease of access, the privacy screen is always mounted on the same side as the writing tablet

The Mango surround and privacy screens cannot be upholstered in leather*
The Mango surround and privacy screens can only be upholstered in Nassimi Classic Vinyl and Camira & Kvadrat foam-backed fabrics (Camira Main Line Plus and Main Line Flax are excluded)
*As standard, the Mango foot stool is finished in Skai Sotega Anthracite Vinyl across the front, top, rear and the handle so that it provides the durability required to prevent marking from users’ feet. The sides are upholstered in the fabric used on the body of the chair. To have the sides upholstered in a different fabric or colour, cost is POA.
Please note: Screens and shelves cannot be retrofitted to Mango
Not recommended to be upholstered in Grade 1 fabrics

FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY - SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY (FEDEX / UPS)

Items typically arrive between 3 - 5 business days after tracking information is sent. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
These shipments do not require a signature and may be left at your door at the carrier's discretion.
To require a signature, please leave us a note in the comment field in your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY

Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 7 - 10 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your delivery appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the delivery time zone.
Items are shipped via a delivery truck (palletized or crated for protection during transit) with a contracted carrier. If your shipment arrives without being palletized, please note this on the inspection report.
Free Curbside Delivery requires the customer move the shipment into the residence / business, unpack the item(s) and complete any necessary assembly and debris removal.
Hydraulic assistance (known as liftgate) is provided to lower items to ground level.

UPGRADED - INSIDE DELIVERY

Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 7 - 14 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your deliver appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the deliver time zone.
This service does not include unpacking, assembly or debris removal.
The shipment will be delivered to the Room of Choice.

UPGRADED - WHITE GLOVE + INSTALLATION

Delivery appointments are typically scheduled 7 - 14 days after tracking information is sent depending upon the destination. You will receive an email from Shipments@Mod-Envy.com providing details to enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
The carrier will contact you using the information provided with your order to schedule your deliver appointment, generally with a 3 or 4-hour window
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm in the deliver time zone.
The delivery team will provide Room of Choice delivery, Set up / Assembly and debris removal.
After installation is completed you will have an opportunity to complete a delivery inspection prior to signing any delivery documents. If you notice any imperfections (nicks or scratches) please note this on the deliver documents.
Our company requests that the delivery team take images of installed products. This helps us to ensure the product(s) was not damaged during installation.

DELAYS - SHIPPING TIMES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES.

Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the product(s) within the specified time resulting from shipment / deliver delays from our suppliers. If a delay occurs, please don't panic. We will work hard to get your new purchase to you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that we specialize in large furntiure items from all over the world. Usually, delays occur during holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Please note we are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will Mod-Envy be responsible for any consequential damages resulting from shipping delays.

Boss Design purchases are non-returnable. If you receive an item that arrived damaged or defective, please contact immediately. To report any damages, all customes must submit clear photos of the item (full picture of item & close-up of damage), along with P.O # and description of the problem to: Claims@Mod-Envy.com. All reports are subject to investigation. All damage claims are to be made within 72 hours of receiving the item. All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed prior to leaving our warehouses. All returns must be in its original box and packaging.
